That was my response when

asked to fill in the blanks:

"God is..."

I was doing "all the right things.”

I was praying and believing for years,

yet I was still single as a Pringle, struggling financially, and my business hadn't had the success

I was hoping for despite the many efforts--coaches & programs.

I wrestled with God, but I never let go.

For years, I couldn't hear the song

"Good Good Father"--

I questioned:

How could a good Father allow His daughter to endure this level of hurt?

He and I clearly had different definitions of "good."

Then I realized, if His Word is true,

and He doesn't change and if my circumstances weren't changing,

I must be the one who needed to change.

I set out on a discovery mission.

I started examining my beliefs

and my thoughts.

I realized I was letting the enemy

wreak havoc on my mind and my life. God wasn't withholding--

I was believing lies.

I wasn't experiencing miracles,

yet they were all around!

I wasn't living in my power or activating the power of the Holy Spirit.

I had been a Christian my entire life--how did I miss this part?!
